Pumpkin Dip
1 - 8oz package light or fat free cream cheese
1 cup plain, fat free yogurt (Dannon has a good one)
1 - 15 oz can pumpkin (just plain pumpkin - not the pumpkin pie filling)
1/2 cup confectioners sugar or Splenda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Fat free cool whip
Beat cream cheese, yogurt and pumpkin in large bowl until smooth.
Add sugar and spices - mix well.
Top with cool whip, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
Serve with graham crackers, apple slices or celery sticks!
