10 large frozen strawberries (or 1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries)
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup silken tofu or fat free plain yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar or Splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla extra
feel free to add some protein powder :)
1. Throw everything in the blender, turn it on - presto!
