Hi Kim - I am on coumadin and would like to stay away from Vit K, but need a multi vitamin (with D, because I have low levels). What do you think about the Opurity Bypass and Sleeve vitamins?
ReplyDeleteHey Martha!! The Opurity ones are perfectly fine, definitely a way better choice then the Flintstone's which are also Vit K free. If you are near the hospital, I have a whole bunch of samples of the Opurity if you would like to try them before you order them online.
